Acergy ‘Kick Off’ Meeting

Acergy is one of the world’s leading seabed-to-surface engineering and construction companies. Every January Acergy holds a two-day ‘kick-off’ meeting in Europe for 160 senior managers brought in from offices around the world. The main components of each conference are the conference sessions, a market place and an awards dinner.

Design

Working within Acergy’s corporate guidelines, we design and build the stage set for the conference and awards.

Production

Our production team supports, both technically and creatively, the two days of back-to-back conference sessions.

Awards Evening

The Awards dinner takes place at the end of the first day of the conference. It’s a fun event which the production team contributes to through the production of glittering screen graphics.

Screen Media

Using the latest screen media software, we produced creative video stings to enhance the presentation.
